London, 27 September, 2021 – AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software, driving digital transformation and sustainability, will host its first AVEVA PI World Digital conference October 19-21, 2021. The three-day virtual event will feature a compelling line-up of industrial technology leaders and decision makers who will share the latest in digital transformation and the role of artificial intelligence, cloud, digital twin, and the industrial internet of things in empowering the connected worker and unlocking sustainable value and growth. AVEVA will share its product roadmap and highlight how its solutions are shaping the future of industry.
AVEVA PI World Digital kicks off Tuesday, October 19 at 9am CET with a welcome from AVEVA CEO Peter Herweck and OSIsoft Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Dr. J. Patrick Kennedy. They will share how integrating PI System and AVEVA solutions unlocks Performance Intelligence, an industry-changing capability that combines data and AI-infused analytics to support the entire industrial lifecycle. Following their remarks, AVEVA’s Executive Vice President of Operations Rob McGreevy will join Executive Vice President of Information Ronan de Hooge to share a new product roadmap for AVEVA, including updates to its portfolio.
“Now more than ever, companies need to digitize to drive resilience, agility and efficiency,” said Peter Herweck, CEO, AVEVA. “AVEVA PI World Digital is where we will lay the foundation for what comes next in industrial digital innovation and showcase the solutions that are at the forefront of driving change for some of the world’s largest companies.”
A central focus of the event will be how digitalization is driving environmental and business sustainability. AVEVA proprietary research indicates that four in five leading industries are looking to increase their digital investments to drive sustainable business models. AVEVA’s Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Johnston will host a panel on the potential of digital technologies to enable net-zero industries. Sustainability leaders from Microsoft, Schneider Electric, Orsted and Neste join the discussion to share how they are optimizing sustainable operations, enhancing safety and efficiency, minimizing emissions, and enabling digital resilience through a combination of AI-powered analytics and contextualized information.
Attendees at the virtual event will be able to choose from over 40 presentations, typically led by customers sharing their own real-world experience and advice using the PI System and other AVEVA products. The event also includes live Ask the Expert sessions, a virtual expo, and learning labs, as well as product and portfolio tracks that cover roadmap sessions with deep dives into PI System, cloud, engineering, operations, digital twin, and more. The agenda is available online; registration is open and free.
