ProcessVue Analyser SOLUTION OVERVIEW
ProcessVue Analyser allows users to continuously benchmark their alarm systems to demonstrate compliance to standards and guidelines by selecting from reports based on ISA-18.2, API-1167, IEC/BS 62682 and EEMUA191. It can also generate a single-page KPI report based on these standards.
Building on the features of ProcessVue Sequence, Analyser introduces automated reports and configurable dashboards to assist in identifying and remediating nuisance alarms, such as chattering, stale, and fleeting, helping to increase operational efficiency and target remedial actions. Integrations with CONNECT data services (AVEVA™ Data Hub) allow real-time streams of key alarms and events, as well as KPIs.
An easy-to-use, web-based client is included to enable users to view, search, filter, and drill-down into the alarm and event messages.
The Additional Worklists module allows users to collaborate and track actions taken against specific alarm management challenges, helping to evidence continuous improvement processes within your alarm management strategies.
Other features:
- Automated reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly and emailed to stakeholders
- Ability to add enrichment metadata to alarms
- Email notifications on specific alarms with relevant information
