Static Tiles with Background Image Layout
DO NOT use a Card Carousel.
Instead, use Column Control with 50/50 split and "Is Container" checked.
Use Card Image component, and add Smart Button with White Secondary Button style selected.
CMS authors will need to upload an image with the play icon overlay included in static cards.
BUG: Smart Button below cards is too close. (Edit Smart Button to "Enable Top Padding" as a workaround.)

Static Carousel for Card Images Using Simple Layout with Description
This view is for static 3-card view (Show Description field content).
Do not use 33:33:33 columns when there are only 3 cards. Carousel must be used so that responsive design will work correctly. (The carousel indicator will show up in Tablet mode only.)
CMS authors will need to upload an image with the play icon overlay included in static cards.
BUG: Description field content appears too close to bottom of this card style. Padding should match same padding as is used for this card style in Dynamic Card Carousel.
Static Tiles with Simple Layout Without Description
This view is for static 4-card view (Show Card Title content).
4-Card Style in 25:25:25:25 Columns
Do not use a Description with this card style.

Page URL with Background Image Layout
BUG: AW-1156 - Card Icon field is referenced instead of a Card Logo field. The sizes of these items are different:
- Card Icon (62x62)
- Card Images with Background Image Layout (160x60)
Fix Card Properties labels to explain duplicate usage of fields, or add a separate field for Card Logo.
BUG: This is wrong sized background image for this card type. Both have a 4:3 ratio.
