Heading and Description component is built into the Hero Banner component, but it can also be used as a standalone component, if it is needed on a page to replace the Top Banner.

This component was originally going to be used within each stack on a Generic 1 Column page, but at some point TA Digital changed the strategy and built  Heading and Description fields within the Background Container component.

This component does not include any padding, so do not use it in place of the Heading and Description fields within the Background Container because the front end will not look correct.
