For DX Products (updated process)
The DX pages on the AEM site may have two types of forms:
- Contact Us_dx_product - EN = 648 - Contact Us inquiry
- Universal Short - EN = 37 - document download
Form Submission and Lead Routing:
- Based on the DX page the user is filling out the Contact us form on, the Enquiry type and Product fields will get pre-selected with the values:
- Products in the Enquiry type field
- The actual product name in the Products field (derived from the Product Name tag applied to the AEM product page)
- Based on the product value from the Contact us form submission, a notification email with the submission details will be sent to the product owner about the user action
- Based on the DX page, the user is filling out the Universal short form to download the content, a notification email will be sent to the product owner about the user action
- If the DX product is owned by a partner, the notification email will be sent to their contact email address
- If it’s an AVEVA product, the notification email will be sent to the email address: dxteam@aveva.com (Digital exchange team)
- Two different types of notification emails may be sent, based on the user action:
- For Contact Us inquiry – DX contact us notification
- For document download – DX download notification
- The partners will action the lead outside of the system.
- Any lead from our AVEVA owned products will be sent to the Digital Exchange team, and they will verify/prequalify the lead and send it to the right teams for qualification
Steps To Be Taken To Add a New DX Product to the AEM Site:
- Web Publishers: Create the new DX product page in AEM
- Refer to DX Product Page Template
- Apply the required/recommended Page Tags
- Follow the Banner Rules for DX product pages
- Automation Team: Create the new product value and the download content item(s), if the page has downloadable items; in HubSpot as new Property values for “DX Products” and “DX Content” in the Products field of Marketo
- Web Publishers: Create a new AEM tag under: Topics > Product > Product Name, and apply it to the new DX product page (this is tied to the Product pre-population field in Form 648)
- Web Publishers: Select the tag value(s) when they create the form submission button on the new product page (XF process still to be confirmed)
- Automation Team: Update the Digital exchange contact us and Digital exchange content download notification smart campaign rules (CU-CORP-2023-Digital Engagement Pages -Contact Us and WB-CORP-2023-Digital Engagement pages - Content download) to add the new product and content item to trigger the notification email to the product owner when a contact us or content download form is submitted.

For DX Products
The DX pages on the AEM site may have two types of forms:
- Contact Us inquiry
- OMI app or document download
These two forms have the DX product and DX content as hidden fields:
- Based on the DX page the user is filling out the form on, the DX product value will get pre-populated
- Based on the content that the user is downloading, the name of the content value will get prepopulated on the DX content field and will be sent to HubSpot along with the user details
Based on the DX product value from the form submission details, a notification will be sent to the product owner about the user action:
- If the DX product is owned by a partner, the notification email will be sent to their contact email address
- If it’s an AVEVA product, the notification email will be sent to the email address dxteam@aveva.com (Digital exchange team)
Three different types of notification emails may be sent, based on the user action:
- For Contact Us inquiry form fill
- For OMI app or document download
- For the request for PLC viewer OMI app download request
The lead details are sent to partners or the Digital Exchange team based on the product page that we receive the lead from:
- The partners will action the lead outside of the system.
- Any lead from our AVEVA owned products will be sent to the Digital Exchange team, and they will verify/prequalify the lead and send it to the right teams for qualification
Steps To Be Taken To Add a New DX (Partner) Product to AEM Site
- Web Publishers: Create the new DX product page in AEM
- Automation Team: Create the new product value and the download content item(s), if the page has downloadable items; in HubSpot as new Property values for “DX Products” and “DX Content”
- Web Publishers: Add the newly created HubSpot property values as AEM tag items under the following:
- HubSpot > Products
- HubSpot > DX Content Download
- Web Publishers: Select these values when they create the form submission button and download links on the new product page
- Automation Team: Update the contact us and download notification workflows (#SYSTEM2020 DX DOWNLOAD NOTIFICATION and #SYSTEM2020 DX CONTACT US NOTIFICATION) to add the new product and content item to trigger the notification email to the product owner
