Fabrice Letalle est le Directeur de l'Excellence Opérationnelle et du 4.0 chez Lesaffre, un leader mondial dans les levures et les solutions de fermentation, employant 11 000 personnes et générant un chiffre d'affaires de 3 milliards d'euros. Ingénieur de formation, Fabrice possède plus de 25 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'industrie, avec une expertise reconnue en Lean Manufacturing et en Transformation Digitale. Avant de rejoindre Lesaffre, Fabrice a occupé plusieurs postes clés chez AGC (Asahi Glass Cpy - 13 B$) dans la BU Automotive. En tant que fondateur de l'AES (AGC Excellence System), il a dirigé la transformation Lean à l'échelle de l'Europe, sur 18 usines (8000 pers), supervisant plus de 100 projets Lean pour des plan d'économies ambitieux. Il a également pris en charge la Transformation Digitale pour la division Automotive d'AGC à l'échelle mondiale.Reconnu pour ses contributions significatives, Fabrice a reçu le CEO Award du groupe AGC à Tokyo et était membre de la Toyota European Association of Manufacturers de 2017 à 2021. Fabrice a également été Directeur de la Stratégie Industrielle chez AGC Automotive Europe, où il a supervisé la performance et la capacité de 11 usines OEM Auto Europe. De plus, il a dirigé la mise en place de nouveaux sites et projets stratégiques.Auparavant, Fabrice a occupé des postes de direction d'usine chez Faurecia et Recticel où il a mené la conversion de sites au Lean Manufacturing. En plus de ses réalisations professionnelles, Fabrice est certifié en Machine Learning par l'Université de Stanford et est un praticien certifié en gestion du changement (ADKAR) par Prosci. Il a suivi des formations avancées en Lean Manufacturing avec des vétérans de Toyota à Nagoya. Fabrice est marié et père de deux enfants.

As a Data Project Manager for 9 years, I have always worked on digital transformation projects (data integration, transport and restitution) with the aim of improving data exchanges and migrating them to future environments such as Cloud or 4.0. In the past, I have implemented solutions for migrating legacy data flows (WebMethod, MQ, NFS, AS400) to the AWS, GCP and Azure Clouds, adapting them to business, technical and solar constraints. I also worked on digital transformation via the implementation of SAP Business Object (universe, dashboard, non-regression test) from scratch, which enabled me to highlight the principles of agility via Scrum and Kanban and to develop my organisational skills to successfully complete technically and humanly complex projects. I'm currently working as a project manager on the deployment of the Pi and setting up the standardisation of industrial data to make it easier to use and compare.
