To aim on this Adani power has taken number of initiatives to enhance the Operational efficiency of thermal power plants. Among one of them is Implementation of AVEVA PI System across Adani thermal power plants. The integration of sophisticated data analytics and process enhancement tools is crucial for improving the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of thermal power stations. This research examines the adoption of the AVEVA PI System at Adani Power Plants to enhance performance and operational efficiency through the tools like Merit Order, Heat Mass Balance Diagram, Asset Health Index and Boiler Metal Temperature excursion, implemented with support of Cerebulb.
