Iju Vijaya Raj
As the Executive Vice President of Research and Development at AVEVA, Iju Raj leads the technology and execution of product development at AVEVA. With over 25 years of experience in building world-class industrial automation products and creating highly innovative solutions, Iju has optimized diverse, global teams based on inclusivity and performance. He has held multiple leadership roles across the AVEVA product portfolio and was instrumental in shaping the company's Cloud Platform. Prior to joining AVEVA in 2010, Iju served as the head of Research and Development for Skelta. Iju holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore university. He is also the executive sponsor of AVEVA's 'Religion, Faith, and Belief’ group.

Clemens Schoenlein
Clemens Schönlein has been working in the industry for seven years as an engineer and consultant, focusing on: Data-driven process optimization Operational excellence Asset performance management He completed his studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, and energy technology at the renowned universities KIT, KTH, and TU Delft, earning a Master of Science in Sustainable Process & Energy Technology. His career began in research and development as an expert in energy system modeling. Over the next six years, he held various roles in the industry, starting as a consultant in industrial asset management, where he developed maintenance concepts based on RCMII, FMECA, and RBI methodologies. He then specialized in data-driven process monitoring and optimization solutions. He and his team applied machine learning algorithms to improve quality, enable predictive maintenance, and increase energy efficiency in the food, pharmaceutical, mining, and chemical industries. At AVEVA, Clemens leads the implementation of the "Industrial AI Platform," focusing on driving efficiency and sustainability use cases across various industries.

Simon Bennett
With a background in Civil Engineering, Simon has 30 years’ experience in the software industry, having worked for a number of commercial off-the-shelf and enterprise software companies. He has worked through Product Management, Product Strategy, Marketing and Sales Enablement in companies who serve the financial, airline, power, law enforcement and military sectors. Simon joined AVEVA in 2008 to run Product Management for the Information Management Solutions, in 2012 Simon formed a new Sales Enablement team and in 2018 Simon lead AVEVA’s global technology research program including research partnering with some of the world's leading universities.

Sônia Ferreira has been working in the industry for 20 years, focusing on: Industrial visualization solutions Data integration and operational efficiency Sustainability-driven innovation She holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a technical degree in electronics. Her career began in industrial automation systems integration, where she developed software solutions across various industries. Early roles involved commissioning and startups, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex industrial processes. Over time, Sônia transitioned into customer-centric roles, becoming a trusted advisor in technical support and presales, specializing in digital transformation strategies. At AVEVA, she leads efforts to drive enterprise-wide visualization, partnering with global clients to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational transparency and unlock new efficiencies. Additionally, she has contributed to sustainability-focused initiatives, including optimizing electric vehicle value chains and hydrogen production monitoring. Sônia also holds a patent for systems and servers for first principles-based process simulation-driven selection for appropriate resource and operating modes, underscoring her commitment to advancing sustainable industrial solutions.
