NLWA (North London Waste Authority) EcoPark South Unified Operational Centre in action
“North London Heat and Power” The project was initiated to create a cutting-edge, sustainable hub that replaces the existing energy-from-waste plant while offering flagship recycling facilities for North London’s residents. In addition to tackling the climate emergency and reducing reliance on landfill, the project includes the development of the EcoPark and the construction of the greenest Energy Recovery Facility in the UK. A key element of the project is the integration of digital technologies, including AVEVA's Unified Operations Center (UOC), for integration across the facility’s infrastructure. This digitization effort enhances operational efficiency and sustainability by providing actionable insights for both energy recovery and modern recycling operations.

Twenty years ago, I attended the first System Platform training course in the UK, "Archestra V1.0." From the very beginning, I saw the product's potential and how it could solve significant challenges for customers. Early adoption of industrial technologies has always been a key part of my work. As the Executive Director of MARCH, I'm responsible for the digital capabilities of a major Engineering group. We help clients improve performance and advance sustainability through the deployment of Operational Technology. We’re known for delivering AVEVA-based solutions across a range of sectors, including Critical Infrastructure, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Renewables. I grew up in France, near Geneva, where I graduated with a Master's in Control and Automation. Later, I pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship at Manchester Business School in the UK. I'm also a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a Chartered Engineer. As a founding member of an automation technology start-up, I played a key role in its growth, leading to its acquisition by private equity in 2019. That success opened the door for my current role on the Executive Leadership Team at MARCH, where I focus on driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of our Digital portfolio, ultimately creating value for our investors. Beyond the tech side, I’m a strong advocate for people, culture, and values, which I believe are essential to any team's success. I work hard to foster a culture of inclusivity, celebrating our differences, and I’m deeply committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
