Thames Water: Moving to a Standardized Modular Approach for their Site SCADA Applications with AVEVA System Platform
A program to replace Thames Water’s various legacy systems was deployed across 50 sites using the AVEVA System Platform product. It employed a templated / standardized approach and was scaled to fit systems of varying size. In addition, Thames’ internal governing SCADA standards were updated and adopted throughout delivery on the new systems. This approach aimed at providing consistent database construction and visualization across the estate.
