Mr. Jacobs' career in the energy industry began at BrightSource Energy, where he worked for four years securing environmental permits for utility-scale solar projects in Arizona, California, and Nevada. He then moved to Tucson Electric Power, where he spent the next 11 years in the energy trading department, working his way from Real Time Trader to Manager of Day Ahead Trading and Origination. He recently joined Salt River Project as a Market Operations Instructor in the Supply and Trading department.
