SmurfitWestrock: Fleetwide Asset Monitoring and Benchmarking
Historically, data was "siloed" due to being stuck in local historians. We have soved this problem by integrating a central server in order to collect data from each facility, to compare and analyze asset performance on an apples to apples basis. No longer the need to manually pull data from each system and create BI type visuals. Our automated method allows both mill stakeholders, and upper management to view data on a common basis aid in problem solving and strategy.

With a background in chemical engineering and industry experience in software solutions, I am passionate about driving innovation in the manufacturing industry. After graduating from the University of Mississippi with degrees in chemical engineering and business administration, I began my career in specialty chemical manufacturing with Lamberti Chemicals in Chattanooga. After a year with Lamberti, I transitioned to the pulp and paper industry, joining Westrock as a process engineer. My experience as a process engineer at the mill led to my current role as Division Process Engineer in the Innovation, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement group, where I lead initiatives related to benchmarking, data standardization, reporting, and more.
