AVEVA株式会社（以下「AVEVA」）と日揮グローバル株式会社（以下「日揮グローバル」）は2025年3月17日、日揮グローバル本社にてデジタルツイン実現のため包括的・戦略的相互協力合意（MOU）を締結しましたので、お知らせします。
AVEVA K.K. (hereinafter referred to as "AVEVA") and JGC Global Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "JGC Global") signed a comprehensive and strategic mutual cooperation agreement (MOU) to implement Digital Twin technology at JGC Global's headquarters on March 17, 2025.
本契約の概要と目的/Summary and Purpose of the Agreement
オイル＆ガス分野における海外EPC/FEEDプロジェクトでは、海外顧客企業からEPCコントラクターへのデジタルツイン (Digital Twin、以下「DT」)およびインフォメーションマネジメント (Information Management、以下「IM」)の要求がトレンドとなり、ますます高度化しています。DTとは、プラントや設備の設計データなどの情報をリアルタイムで仮想空間に再現する技術であり、IMとは、DT構築に必須のEPCデータを適切な品質管理のもとで収集し、成果物として納品する役務のことです。 DTを構築することができれば、顧客がプラント運転開始後の生産性と運転効率を高めることができるというメリットがあります。またプロジェクト遂行中においては、顧客とEPCコントラクター間の情報共有の観点からデータ活用のメリットが期待されています。
In the oil and gas sector, digital twin (DT) and information management (IM) requirements from overseas client companies to EPC contractors are becoming a trend and are increasingly advanced in overseas EPC/FEED projects. DT is a technology that reproduces information such as plant and equipment design data in real-time in a virtual space, while IM refers to the service of collecting EPC data essential for DT construction under appropriate quality control and delivering it as a deliverable. Implementing DT can enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of the plant after the start of operations. Additionally, during project execution, the benefits of data utilization are expected from the perspective of information sharing between the client and the EPC contractor.
近年では顧客からDTの構築やIMによるデータの納品がプロジェクト遂行中のより早期で実施されることが期待されるようになり、また納品データの品質に関しては業界標準であるCFIHOS※１に基づいた管理が求められるようになりました。
これらの背景から、日揮グローバルは遂行中プロジェクトにおける情報を社内エンジニアが参照しやすく、かつ顧客への高品質なデータ納品を支援することが可能なプラットフォームの構築を目指しています。
In recent years, clients have come to expect the implementation of digital twin (DT) and the delivery of data through information management (IM) to be carried out earlier during project execution. Furthermore, the quality of the delivered data is now required to be managed based on the industry standard CFIHOS. Given this background, JGC Global aims to build a platform that makes it easier for in-house engineers to reference information from ongoing projects and supports the delivery of high-quality data to clients.
MOUで目指す２つの旗 /Two Pillars Aimed by the MOU
1. JGC-IMF（JGC Information Management Framework):
AVEVA Information Standard Managerの提供するデータモデル管理機能を活用し、CFIHOSに対応した日揮グローバルの標準DT/IM対応戦略を制定します。その中核としてJGC標準IMデータモデルを構築し、顧客要求の変化に柔軟に対応してまいります。
1. Development of JGC-IMF (JGC Information Management Framework):
Utilizing the data model management functions provided by AVEVA Information Standard Manager, we will develop JGC Global's standard DT/IM response strategy in compliance with CFIHOS. At its core, we will build the JGC standard IM data model, enabling flexible responses to change in customer requirements.
2. Junified（JGC Unified IM Digital Twin）の構築およびプロジェクト導入:
日揮グローバルのエンジニア向けDT/IM対応情報管理システムと顧客向けDTの統合デジタルプラットフォームを構築し、遂行プロジェクトへの導入を目指します。Junifiedの適用により、高品質なデータのタイムリーな情報提供が可能となります。Junifiedの中核には統合の柔軟性を評価しAVEVA Asset Information Management、AVEVA Engineering、AVEVA Information Standard Manager、AVEVA Register Gatewayを中心とした製品群を採用いたします。
2. Development and Implementation of Junified (JGC Unified IM Digital Twin):
We aim to develop and implement an integrated digital platform for JGC Global's engineers' DT/IM information management system and the customer-facing DT. The application of Junified will enable the timely provision of high-quality data. At the core of Junified, we will adopt a product suite centered around AVEVA Asset Information Management, AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Information Standard Manager, and AVEVA Register Gateway, evaluating the flexibility of integration.
本MOUを通じて、AVEVAの多様なシステムや知見と、日揮グローバルがこれまでに培った80ヶ国２万件以上のプロジェクト実績とを最大限活用することで、高度化する顧客からのデジタル要求に対応するために２社の連携を強化してまいります。
Through this MOU, we will strengthen the collaboration between the two companies to respond to the increasingly advanced digital demands from customers by maximizing the use of AVEVA's diverse systems and expertise, along with JGC Global's extensive experience in over 20,000 projects across 80 countries.
